GeoMax® Geocell is a high-performance soil stabilization material made from HDPE. Its honeycomb structure, formed using advanced ultrasonic welding, ensures exceptional tensile strength and deformation resistance. Suitable for soil stabilization, slope protection, riverbank reinforcement, and road bases, its modular design enables quick installation and reduced costs.

 

 

We have different welding space, height and thickness to meet various applicaiton needs.

Typical welding spaces are:

Typical height are:
50mm / 75mm / 100mm / 125mm / 150mm / 200mm / 250mm / 300mm

Typical thickness are:
1.0mm / 1.1mm / 1.2mm / 1.25mm / 1.5mm / 1.6mm / 1.65mm

When the weld spacing is set, the expanded length and width of a cell is known,
thus the total area of a geocell section can be worked out
when we assign the number of cells in section length and width repectively.
